Financial Planning Administrator / Adviser Support - #2116282

Our client, a well-established national wealth management and financial planning firm, is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator/Adviser Support to join their growing Scottish team.

Role Overview:
Financial Planning Administrator to support Advisers with client servicing, new business processing and ongoing administrative tasks within a regulated financial planning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new business and submit applications to providers
• Support client valuations, reviews and policy servicing
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards
• Liaise with providers and clients to resolve queries
• Assist with quotations, illustrations and Adviser support tasks

About you:

• Experience in financial services administration (IFA/wealth preferred)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Good communication and client service skills
• Understanding of FCA compliance
• Confident using CRM systems
