Content Editor - Edinburgh (Hybrid) - #2116578

CONTENT EDITOR - EDINBURGH (HYBRID) - £250-300 PER DAY INSIDE IR35

One of Lorien's key public sector clients is looking for a Content Editor to support the migration, review and development of content for a new beta website.

Initial 4-month contract with potential 2-month extension

Edinburgh based with hybrid flex working arrangements

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the transfer and development of website content

* Editing and improving content for publication on a new beta website

* Working with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve content quality

* Publishing and maintaining content through CMS platforms

* Applying accessibility standards and content best practice across digital content

* Supporting user-focused content development activities

Key Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in a Content Editor, Content Designer or similar role

* Experience working with CMS platforms

* Demonstrable experience applying WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility principles and standards

* Experience gathering user feedback and using this to improve content

* Strong editing, proofreading and content development skills

Desirable Experience:

* Experience working within content design environments & Public sector experience
