IFA Client Administrator - #2116702

Our client, a highly respected national Wealth Management firm, is seeking an experienced IFA Client Administrator to join their Edinburgh-based Financial Planning team.

The Role

You will provide key administrative support to Financial Planners, act as a first point of contact for clients, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining regulatory standards.

Hybrid working: Office-based for first 6 months, then 3 days office / 2 days home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries professionally
• Support Financial Planners with admin and meeting coordination
• Prepare and process client documentation and reports
• Maintain CRM systems accurately
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing servicing

About You

• Experience in financial services administration
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Understanding of financial planning/wealth management
