Caledonia Solar designs, funds and delivers large-scale solar installations for commercial and industrial businesses across Scotland.

We manage the full project, including initial assessment, system design, funding, grid applications and installation. Funding options include fully funded Power Purchase Agreements, allowing eligible businesses to install commercial solar without upfront capital.

We are looking for commercially connected people who can identify suitable opportunities, open the right doors and introduce us to the decision-maker.

The Opportunity

Your remit is clear: identify commercial or industrial properties with substantial roof space, establish who controls the energy or property decision, and introduce Caledonia Solar.

Our technical and commercial team will then assess the opportunity, model the financial case, structure the appropriate funding route and manage the project through to delivery.

No previous solar or energy-sector experience is required. Full training will be provided, together with a company phone, laptop and access to our CRM platform to manage and protect your pipeline.

The Types of Sites We Want

We are particularly interested in: Warehouses and distribution centres, Manufacturing and industrial premises, Retail parks and large individual stores, Agricultural and farm buildings, Commercial property portfolios, Hotels, leisure facilities and hospitality sites, Large car parks suitable for solar carports.

The strongest opportunities will generally involve owner-occupied or long-leasehold premises, significant usable roof space and annual electricity expenditure of at least £25,000.

You do not need to determine whether a project is technically viable. Where there is a credible business, building and decision-maker, bring the opportunity to us and we will assess it.

Earnings

This is a commission-only opportunity with no cap on earnings. Commission is paid on successfully converted commercial solar projects. Because individual project values can be substantial, a relatively small number of completed installations can generate significant annual earnings.

Commission is structured across multiple stages of each project, meaning earnings begin well before final completion.The full commission structure, payment stages and worked earnings examples will be explained during the initial conversation.
