£26,500–£29,000 FTE

We’re working with a well-established organisation to recruit an HR Admin Assistant to join their busy and supportive HR team in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in HR, or for an experienced administrator looking to move into a people-focused environment.

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including new starters and leavers, recruitment administration, HR database updates, absence records, payroll-related administration and responding to HR queries.

You’ll be organised, reliable and comfortable managing a busy and varied workload. You’ll have good attention to detail, strong communication skills and be confident using MS Office and other systems. Previous administration or office-based experience would be beneficial, but this role could suit someone at the beginning of their HR career.
