About the Role

You'll work with senior stakeholders across a variety of sectors to shape AI operating models, governance structures and risk management approaches that support the responsible use of emerging technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting organisations in the design and implementation of AI governance frameworks and operating models.
- Advising clients on responsible AI practices, risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Conducting AI risk assessments, governance reviews and control evaluations.
- Helping organisations navigate evolving AI regulations, standards and industry guidance.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to define governance requirements and future-state operating models.
- Collaborating with legal, risk, technology, cyber and data teams to deliver practical governance solutions.
- Supporting the development of governance policies, controls, reporting frameworks and oversight processes.
- Contributing to the growth of AI governance offerings and thought leadership initiatives.
- Experience delivering AI governance, responsible AI, technology risk or model governance engagements.
- Strong understanding of AI risk management frameworks, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience conducting governance assessments, risk reviews or control evaluations.
- Knowledge of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working within consulting or advisory environments is highly desirable.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Government or Consumer sectors would be advantageous.
