Customer Service Advisor - #2119505

Meraki Talent are seeking experienced Customer Services professionals for a number of temporary contracts within the Edinburgh area.

Based from Edinburgh Gyle, you will work as part of a larger team, providing first class customer services to existing customers.

Applicants should have gained experience within a fast paced organisation, where the needs of the customer are put first.

Key duties will include

• Providing a first class customer experience via telephone and digital support channels.
• Completing accurate customer requests
• Dealing with existing customer queries
• Updating in house systems with accurate customer data
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Promoting digital channels to existing customers

Applicants should be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additionally, applicants should be able to work in a fast paced, and ever changing environment, while delivering first class customer results.
