Description

- Lead and support teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery.
- Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet organisational needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service offerings and address community needs.
- Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and trustees as required.
Profile
A successful Service Manager should have:
