What can I expect day to day?

As a Business Manager, you are a senior fee earner with accountability for the performance and growth of a significant customer portfolio within your specialist market. You deliver material business impact through advanced business development, complex deal execution and the ownership of high value, long-term customer relationships.

You operate with a high degree of autonomy, making confident commercial decisions. You act as a trusted partner to senior customers, role model Hays' Valued Behaviours and set the commercial tone through your results, professionalism and collaborative approach, supporting colleagues through shared expertise, advice and example rather than formal line management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position
• Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment
• People focused with a sales-driven mentality
• Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks
• Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career
• Knowledge of the Finance market would be ideal but not essential
