Location: Edinburgh & Fife

Salary: Up to £42,000

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a role that offers the best of both worlds?

We're recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, supporting two prestigious commercial sites across Edinburgh and Fife. You'll spend three days each week at a flagship site in central Edinburgh and two days supporting a nearby site, giving you the stability of a static role with the variety of a mobile position.

The Role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll work closely with the on-site Facilities Manager, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across both sites. Duties include:

• Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Lighting, power and small electrical repairs
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• Water temperature monitoring and compliance checks
• Minor fabric repairs including door handles, floor tiles and toilets
• Room set-ups when required
• Contractor supervision and Permit to Work management

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Maintenance Electrician with previous Facilities Management or Building Services experience
• 18th Edition preferred
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
