We're looking for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and delivering exceptional customer experiences across phone, email, live chat and social media.

What you'll do:

Support customers across multiple communication channels.

Take ownership of enquiries from first contact to resolution

Build trust through clear, professional communication

Investigate customer queries and deliver the right outcome

Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where every interaction matters

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
