About the Role

As part of our housekeeping team, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout guest bedrooms and public areas, helping to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms to the highest standard
• Replenish guest amenities and room supplies
• Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
• Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Work efficiently to meet daily room and cleaning targets
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work
• Commitment to delivering high standards and outstanding guest satisfaction
