This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and established business where you can combine your passion for kitchen design with your sales skills and have the opportunity to achieve an excellent level of earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take customers through the complete kitchen design and sales journey, from generating leads and initial enquiries through to designing their ideal kitchen and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service.

• Generate leads and maximise sales opportunities.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and external providers.

• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular communication throughout the process.

• Design kitchens using CAD software.

• Visit customer sites to take accurate measurements.

• Ensure customers are happy with the service, designs and products provided.

• Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales and design process.

• Proven sales background.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Kitchen design or CAD experience would be advantageous.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Highly organised, disciplined and flexible.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Full UK driving licence is essential.

• £30,000 basic salary.

• Uncapped commission structure.

• Realistic OTE of up to £70,000.
