Commercial Gas Engineer - #2127760

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established facilities and maintenance operation covering a portfolio of sites across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

This is a permanent, field-based opportunity offering a varied workload across multiple properties. You'll be responsible for ensuring commercial heating and gas systems remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial gas and heating systems
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
• Planned preventative and reactive maintenance
• Working on commercial boilers and associated plant equipment
• Combustion analysis and relevant safety testing
• Minor mechanical and plumbing works
• Supporting equipment upgrades, installations and commissioning
• Completing required inspections and compliance documentation
• Ensuring all work meets relevant health, safety and industry regulations

Requirements 

• Relevant commercial gas qualifications
• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial heating and gas systems
• A good understanding of industry health and safety requirements
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Additional mechanical or plumbing qualifications and experience within large multi-site estates would be advantageous.
