Travel & Hospitality Talent Hub are looking for an experienced and highly organised Travel Manager to oversee and manage a Travel Sales Team.

As a Travel Manager you will have a successful career and experience within the travel industry- as a Travel Manager OR Assistant Manager.

As a Travel Manger our client requires excellent attention to detail, strong supplier-management skills and a proactive approach to solving travel-related challenges as well as managing a travel sales team.

About You- Travel Manager

• Experience within a management role - A current Travel Manger seeking new challenges or an Assistant Manger seeking that next step up.
• You will be an organised, commercially aware and customer-focused professional who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have experience working within the travel industry and managing a travel sales team.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a Travel Management or Team Leader role
• Strong knowledge of UK and international travel arrangements.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good financial awareness, including experience monitoring budgets and travel expenditure.
• Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with travel booking platforms or travel management systems.
