Learning & Development Administrator
This role offers an entry salary of £25,887 plus up to 10% discretionary bonus, pension plan, colleague discounts and flexible benefits; plus 31 days annual leave and six bank holidays.
Hours – 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
About the role
In addition to providing internal and external stakeholders with customer-focused support, your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks within the L&D team. You'll also support the delivery of development programmes and onboarding activities across the business. You will monitor and report on learning data, so a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. We're looking for a professional, proactive individual who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive learning culture.
About You
We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities and work accurately to tight deadlines. You'll be confident engaging with a variety of stakeholders and comfortable presenting information or facilitating learning sessions.
Experience in Learning & Development would be beneficial, but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate relevant transferable skills. You may have experience supporting colleagues, coaching, sharing knowledge, delivering presentations, facilitating meetings, or helping others learn new systems and processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential, as you'll be responsible for maintaining learning records, monitoring training activity, and producing reports and insights to support learning and development across the business.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about supporting the learning and development of colleagues in both virtual and face-to-face environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
- Coordinate onboarding and development programmes.
- Maintain learning records, training data, and management information.
- Produce reports and analyse L&D metrics using Excel.
- Support the delivery of both virtual and face-to-face learning activities.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.

Starting base salary of £25,887 which will increase to £26,500 once your training and probation period are completed. (This is usually within 6 - 9 months.)
