Description
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of real estate law and industry trends.
- Provide legal support and advice to colleagues across the legal department.
- Draft and review standard documents, templates, and guidance notes for internal use.
- Deliver training sessions and updates on legal developments to the team.
- Assist with the development of legal strategies and solutions for client matters.
- Collaborate with external legal bodies and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Monitor changes in legislation and case law relevant to the real estate sector.
- Support business development activities by preparing and managing legal content.
Profile
The Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer should be:
- A solicitor with ideally 5+ years' PQE in real estate law.
- Experienced in delivering technical legal support, training, knowledge management or PSL responsibilities.
- Comfortable drafting and maintaining precedents, guidance and technical resources.
- Interested in legal innovation, legal technology and knowledge management strategy.
- A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and senior stakeholders.
