The Opportunity

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring clients receive a professional, responsive, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential developments, delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, residents, committees, and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries and respond within agreed service standards.
• Take ownership of day-to-day issues and coordinate resolutions with internal departments and external contractors.
• Ensure clients are regularly updated on ongoing matters and service-related activities.
• Conduct regular site visits, property inspections, and client meetings.
• Manage and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with operational and finance teams to ensure developments are managed effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and procedures.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams or departments.
• Effective problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• An understanding of property management, housing, facilities management, or a related sector would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance requirements within the property sector would be beneficial.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
