Pertemps are recruiting for a Senior Administrator for our public sector client. 


Role – Senior Administrator
Location – Edinburgh City Centre – Hybrid working (Wednesday’s are office working days)
Hours – Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week between 0730 – 1700 
Duration – temporary for up to 2 years 
Pay rate - £16.07
Start date – immediately 

PLEASE NOTE – Interviews will be held by no later than Monday 7th September 2026. 


The successful applicant will be joining an established team and will be carrying out, but not be limited to:

• Responding to emails relating to the transport networks in Edinburgh 
• Being the first point of contact 
• Reviewing current works and proposed works 
• Ensuring compliance with legislation
• Logging approved works on the Scottish Road Works Register 
• Contributing to meetings with internal stakeholders and key partners 
• Managing own workload 
• General administration duties
• Any other tasks as required
