About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy supply chain operation within a successful and established UK business.

This is a varied role combining logistics planning, transport coordination and supply chain administration. You will help ensure orders are planned accurately, dispatched efficiently and delivered in line with agreed service levels.

Working closely with transport providers, warehouse partners and internal teams, you will play an important role in keeping the supply chain running smoothly across both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate orders from planning through to dispatch and delivery
  • Work with hauliers and logistics partners to ensure transport is planned effectively
  • Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve issues that may impact service
  • Coordinate warehouse collections and dispatch activity
  • Support export shipments and international logistics requirements
  • Maintain accurate order, delivery and transport information across internal systems
  • Check transport charges and supporting documentation
  • Liaise closely with supply chain, warehouse and operational teams
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service levels

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with different stakeholders
  • A natural problem solver who takes ownership
  • Experienced in logistics, supply chain, transport or a similar environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Able to manage competing deadlines without losing accuracy
  • Flexible, adaptable and commercially aware

Experience within FMCG, transport, warehousing or export logistics would be advantageous, although strong candidates with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business in a role with genuine responsibility and variety.

You will work across a broad supply chain network, gain exposure to UK and international logistics and become an important link between transport providers, warehouses and internal teams.

The role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, likes solving problems and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.
