Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for x16 Wireman on a 3 month contract based in Scotland.

Role Summary

Rubicon Consulting are recruiting 16x Wiremen to join a substation project in Inveraray, Scotland. Candidates should have solid panel wiring experience gained in a substation, factory, or water industry setting, and be confident carrying out glanding, terminating, and cable looming to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Wiring and terminating control and power panels to specification
• Glanding and terminating cables in line with site standards
• Looming cables neatly and safely within panels and enclosures
• Working to relevant industry and site-specific safety standards
• Liaising with site supervision and the wider project team as required

Requirements

• ECS card (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme)
• Panel wiring experience within a substation, factory, or water industry environment
• Proven ability in glanding and terminating cables
• Experience in the looming of cables
