Dutch Speaking Account Manager - #2141065

We're recruiting for an experienced Dutch Speaking Account Manager to join an established business travel organisation in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, understands the business travel environment and has a genuinely commercial approach.

You'll manage and develop key client accounts, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, improve their travel programmes and identify opportunities to enhance both service and commercial performance.

The role as a Dutch Speaking Account Manager

• Managing and developing a portfolio of key business travel accounts
• Building trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
• Developing account plans and identifying opportunities for growth
• Holding regular client reviews and meetings
• Using data and MI to identify efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities and service improvements
• Working alongside sales, implementation and operational teams to deliver effective solutions
• Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products, services and technology
• Maintaining accurate client information and activity through CRM
• Managing the commercial aspects of accounts, including contracts, revenue and renewals
• Supporting clients with travel technology and helping them maximise its benefits
• Proactively resolving issues and ensuring a consistently high level of client service

We're looking for someone who has:

• Fluent Dutch language skills - essential
• 5+ years' Account Management experience within a TMC/business travel environment
• Strong experience managing and developing client relationships
• Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• A commercial mindset with a track record of developing accounts
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Experience working with CRM systems and management information
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams

Experience with Excel, Power BI or Dynamics would be advantageous, as would experience working with international/global clients.

Some UK travel will also be required as part of the role, with reasonable notice.
