Salary: £32,500-£39,500 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Reed Edinburgh is expanding our successful Sales division and we're looking for an ambitious recruiter with a proven track record in recruitment. Whether you currently recruit into sales, commercial, business support or another specialist market, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and developing a warm desk within the Sales market

• Building strong relationships with clients across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas

• Winning new business opportunities through proactive business development

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

• Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements

• Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience within recruitment is essential

• A track record of achieving targets and delivering results

• Strong business development and client management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• A consultative and professional approach
