JOB OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to drive retail performance while creating exceptional, personalised customer experiences in a premium beauty setting.

The Account Manager will focus on achieving sales targets, building customer loyalty and increasing brand awareness through engaging consultations, product storytelling and consistently high service standards.

Working closely with store teams, the Account Manager will maintain retail excellence, respond to launches and promotions, identify opportunities to maximise sales and bring energy and theatre to every customer interaction.

The position also offers scope to deepen specialist beauty knowledge, strengthen commercial capability and develop leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Account Manager include:

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve individual and account sales targets while identifying opportunities to maximise counter performance and customer engagement
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create personalised, memorable customer journeys that exceed expectations and encourage long-term loyalty
• Build Brand Awareness: Bring the brand story to life through confident product storytelling, consultations and engaging customer interactions
• Maintain Retail Excellence: Consistently uphold retail excellence standards alongside the expectations of the host retailer
• Develop Customer Relationships: Build a loyal client base through authentic communication, attentive service and relationship management
• Support Launches and Promotions: Adapt quickly to new products, promotions and retailer-specific activities
• Manage Priorities: Organise workload effectively while working independently and collaboratively with store teams
• Lead by Example: Demonstrate strong service, product knowledge, commercial focus and professional standards
• Create Retail Theatre: Turn consultations into engaging experiences that inspire confidence and support commercial success

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a comparable retail management, business management, key holder or assistant store management position
• Previous experience within beauty, skincare or luxury retail
• Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills
• Passion for beauty, luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and translate brand stories into memorable customer journeys
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Confidence working independently while building positive relationships with store teams
• Positive, adaptable approach with flexibility to respond to changing business needs, launches and in-store activity
• Professional, confident and authentic approach to customer interactions
• Comfortable working in a premium retail environment where personalisation is central to the customer experience
