Job Title: Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom Manager Location: Edinburgh Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £35,000 basic, OTE £50,000

Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. • Guide customers seamlessly through the full kitchen and bathroom design and sales process. • Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions to suit their requirements. • Ensure exceptionally high levels of customer service and satisfaction at every stage of the project. • Proactively generate new business leads and develop long-lasting customer and trader relationships.
Requirements: • Proven experience in a showroom management role within the kitchen or bathroom sector. • Strong track record in kitchen and bathroom sales. • Sound product knowledge across both kitchen and bathroom ranges. • Ability to build strong customer relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience using ArtiCAD planning software (or similar design software) is advantageous.
