Personal Assistant (PA) Opportunity

• Permanent, full-time position
• Flexible working hours: 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, or 10am to 6pm
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
• Hybrid arrangement is expected to commence following the successful completion of the initial 6-month probation period
• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

The Role

This is a newly created PA position, reporting directly to the Executive Assistant, Kelly. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to the Executive Assistant while assisting with the needs of the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, the two most senior leaders within the business.

The role will involve occasional travel between the Glasgow and Edinburgh offices, typically once a month or every couple of months, with all travel expenses covered.

Areas of Support

The successful candidate will primarily support teams across:

• Dispute Resolution
• Conveyancing
• Personal Injury

There will also be occasional involvement with Marketing and HR-related activities.

Legal sector experience is not essential. The client is primarily focused on finding the right personality and cultural fit rather than a specific industry background.

Interview Process

• Stage 2: In-person interview with a member of the senior leadership team

The client is focused on securing the right long-term fit and therefore does not require someone who is available to start immediately.
