Industrial & Catering | Edinburgh | £26,500 to £30,000 + Uncapped Bonus | ASAP Start

We're growing our Blue Arrow East Coast Team as we head into peak, and I'm looking for two Recruitment Consultants to join us as soon as possible:

1 x Recruitment Consultant, Industrial

1 x Recruitment Consultant, Catering

Based in our Edinburgh branch, you'll be part of our wider East Coast Team, working alongside experienced recruitment colleagues and taking ownership of a desk with plenty of opportunity to develop existing relationships, win new business and grow.

You'll specialise in either Industrial or Catering, supporting clients across Edinburgh and the East Coast while building strong local candidate networks.

With peak approaching, now is a fantastic time to join us. You'll have the opportunity to get stuck in straight away, build your market knowledge and make a real impact on your desk.

• Growing and developing relationships with existing clients
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Generating and following up sales leads
• Building strong candidate networks across Industrial or Catering
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing great people into great jobs
• Managing temporary and/or permanent recruitment requirements from start to finish
• Visiting clients and building face-to-face relationships
• Negotiating, problem solving and delivering excellent service
• Working closely with colleagues across our East Coast Team
• Growing your desk and achieving your targets

A driving licence and access to a car would be ideal due to client visits.

£26,500 to £30,000 salary

You might already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant. You might come from a sales, hospitality, industrial, customer service or business development background and be ready for something new.
