Digital Information Coordinator - #2151811

We're looking for a Digital Information / BIM Coordinator to support a major infrastructure programme in Scotland.

This is a data and information-focused BIM role, rather than a traditional 3D modelling position. You'll be responsible for supporting project information management, data quality, reporting and the effective use of Common Data Environments across multiple projects.

• Support the setup and management of project Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Coordinate and validate project information received from delivery partners.
• Review MIDPs, naming conventions, metadata and information quality.
• Ensure project teams follow agreed information management processes and standards.
• Support compliance with ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework principles.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
• Work closely with internal teams, contractors and supply chain partners.
• Provide guidance and support on information management processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting and project workflows.

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

• Strong Excel skills, including large datasets, validation, analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Power BI for dashboards and data visualisation.
• Experience with data management, data quality or information assurance.
• Understanding of BIM, ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments.
• Experience reviewing structured project or asset information.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Morta would be highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Forma / Autodesk Construction Cloud would be beneficial.
• Experience with Python, Power Query, C# or other automation tools would be advantageous.

This role is not primarily focused on 3D modelling or design authoring. We're looking for someone with a strong data, reporting, information management and quality assurance background who can help manage information across a complex project portfolio.
