We are recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGN) to join our agency team, supporting care homes across Scotland.

The Role

You will work within a variety of care home settings, delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.

Responsibilities may include:

Administering and managing medication
Completing clinical observations and assessments
Developing and updating care plans
Supporting residents with complex and long-term health needs
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Responding appropriately to changes in residents’ conditions
Working alongside carers and other healthcare professionals
Providing support and reassurance to residents and their families

Essential Requirements:

Active NMC registration
Minimum 6 months’ UK nursing experience
Right to work in the UK
Care home experience preferred
Reliable, compassionate and professional
