Recruitment Resourcing Specialist - English & German Speaking

Our client is a leading global professional services company, helping organisations strengthen their digital core, optimise operations, accelerate growth and deliver measurable value. We are currently recruiting for four Recruitment Resourcing Specialists to join their team on an urgent basis.

Language requirements:

Fluent in both English and German

Role details:

• Position: Recruitment Resourcing Specialist
• Contract duration: Until August 2027
• Working arrangement: Predominantly remote
• Location: Remote, with occasional attendance at the Newcastle office in the first few weeks for training.
• Training: Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial training.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs and identify suitable candidates against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' skills, experience and language capabilities.
• Support recruitment for strategic sourcing roles requiring fluency in English and German.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Meet sourcing targets and support the delivery of urgent recruitment requirements.
• Ensure candidates receive a positive and professional recruitment experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent sourcing.
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
