Responsibilities in your new role

As a crucial member of the kitchen team, you will skillfully prepare and cook a range of dishes within your designated section, ensuring every plate meets high standards. You will also: 

• Manage and mentor junior kitchen team members
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
• Monitor stock levels and support efficient kitchen operations
• Ensure dishes are prepared and delivered on time during service
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Follow client requirements and specific instructions accurately
• Consistently deliver high-quality food and service

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We're looking for passionate chefs with previous experience in a professional kitchen. Whether you're a Relief Chef, Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or have experience in a care home setting, you'll be a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing quality food.
