Is this the year you put your experience to work for yourself?

You have spent years leading organisations, driving performance and delivering results.

Now, you may be asking what it would look like to use that experience to build something of your own while helping other business owners succeed.

As a thexton armstrong Partner, you will own and lead your own business mentoring consultancy within an exclusive territory. You will work directly with SME owners to improve profitability, sharpen strategy, strengthen leadership and build businesses with greater long-term value.

This is practical, commercially substantive work. You will see the difference you make in measurable results, stronger businesses and more confident owners.

At the same time, you will be building a respected local consultancy with recurring client relationships, low operating overheads and the potential to create meaningful long-term income and value.

The Opportunity

You will have the independence to build and grow your own business, supported by:

  • A proven SME mentoring and growth methodology
  • An established international brand
  • Three weeks of structured core training
  • One-to-one launch coaching
  • An exclusive licensed territory
  • Ongoing mentoring and marketing support
  • Access to international best practice
  • A professional peer network of experienced Partners

You will be applying a proven framework while bringing your own judgement, experience and relationships to the business.

Who You Are

You are likely to be a senior leader, business owner or experienced consultant with at least 12 years in substantive commercial roles.

You will have strong experience across at least two of the following areas:

  • Strategy and business development
  • Finance and commercial management
  • Sales and marketing
  • Operations and organisational leadership
  • Management consulting

More importantly, you will think and act like a business owner.

You will be comfortable developing relationships, building a professional network, exercising sound commercial judgement and working credibly with owners at important points in their business journey.

You will also have a genuine interest in helping businesses and their owners succeed, rather than simply delivering a standard consulting framework.

Applying
  • If it reflects the move you have been considering, please apply with your curriculum vitae and a brief note explaining what attracts you to the opportunity at this stage of your career.
