Due to continued growth Ross & Liddell are looking for an apprentice to join their front of house team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide first-line digital support by managing shared inboxes via Microsoft outlook, allocating emails, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient workflow management

  • Process electronic invoices, update internal systems, and maintain digital tracking logs for payments, queries, and outstanding documentation

  • Communicate with contractors and suppliers to resolve invoice queries, request missing information, and keep records updated within company systems

  • Support finance by creating digital records, processing documentation, and liaising with the finance team regarding payments and contractor statements

  • Use business software (CPL Property Management System)and databases to monitor tasks, update account information, and ensure all records are accurate and compliant

  • Becomea CPL superuser for the organisation

  • Deliver excellent customer service by handling incoming calls, triage enquiries, recording messages, and supporting clients with payment and account-related queries

  • Manage electronic diaries, reminders, and scheduled activities, ensuring deadlines, correspondence, and digital tasks are completed on time
