This is a varied and influential role where you'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring the office operates efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards. From facilities management and supplier coordination to event planning and team leadership, no two days will be the same.

The Role
As Office Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day office operations, creating a safe, welcoming and high-performing workplace for employees and visitors alike. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and contractors to ensure all operational requirements are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the smooth day-to-day running of the office and facilities
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, office services and supplier relationships
  • Ensuring the workplace remains safe, secure, compliant and well-presented
  • Managing contracts, service providers and expenditure while maintaining value for money
  • Supporting health and safety processes, inductions and office risk assessments
  • Reviewing procedures, records and controls to drive continuous improvement
  • Organising business travel, meetings, conferences and company events
  • Managing office budgets, purchasing, invoicing and financial administration
  • Overseeing corporate property arrangements and associated administration
  • Leading and supporting the Reception function, ensuring exceptional front-of-house service

About You

We're looking for an experienced and confident Office Manager who enjoys taking initiative, building strong relationships, and delivering outstanding operational support.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Facilities, Workplace, or similar operational role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience managing suppliers, contractors and external service providers
  • Knowledge of office health & safety and workplace compliance requirements
  • Experience monitoring budgets, expenditure, purchasing and invoicing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to identify improvements and see tasks through to completion
