Facilities Manager - #2162004

Catch 22 are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a nationally recognised charity that makes a genuine difference to people's lives every day.

Leading all aspects of facilities operations, you'll oversee maintenance, housekeeping, catering, compliance and contractor management, ensuring a safe, efficient and welcoming environment across the hospice. You'll also play an important role within the wider leadership team.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading facilities, maintenance and support service teams
• Managing health & safety, compliance and risk management
• Overseeing contractors, projects and service delivery
• Managing budgets and operational performance
• Driving improvements across the estate and facilities services
• Supporting business continuity and regulatory compliance

About you:

• Senior facilities management experience
• Strong compliance and health & safety knowledge
• Experience managing teams, budgets and contractors
• NEBOSH qualified or equivalent
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A hands-on and solutions-focused approach
• Able to start immediately and happy working on a temporary on going basis
• Must be able to drive

This is a temporary role that offers a salary of around £62,000 per annum and the chance to join a respected and purpose-led organisation where your work will have a real impact, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position in the future.
