The Opportunity
The Finance Business Partner Lead will provide strategic financial leadership across a significant organisational portfolio. Acting as a trusted adviser, you will translate complex financial information into clear commercial insight for senior stakeholders.
You will also lead the Finance Business Partnering function, ensuring the team delivers a consistent and high-quality service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the Finance Business Partnering team
- Providing financial insight and constructive challenge to senior stakeholders
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
- Identifying financial risks, opportunities and performance drivers
- Supporting business cases, investment decisions and transformation projects
- Strengthening management reporting and financial governance
The Background
- A professional accounting qualification, such as CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Significant experience within finance business partnering, FP&A or strategic finance
- Proven experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership experience, alongside excellent budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills
- Strong financial systems experience
