Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next challenge? Would you like more ownership of your portfolio, the opportunity to develop your expertise and the support of a great team around you?
At SouthSide Property Management, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and experienced property professional to join our growing Edinburgh-based team.
The Opportunity
You'll take responsibility for your own established portfolio of fully managed properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are safe, compliant and well maintained.
Your main areas of focus will include:
Managing your own portfolio and being the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Overseeing property maintenance, repairs and improvements.
Ensuring compliance with Scottish letting legislation, HMO requirements and health and safety regulations.
Building lasting relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
Taking a proactive approach to property management, problem-solving and portfolio performance.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

You'll have the support of our dedicated Lettings, Applications, Property Visits, Viewings, Accounts and Projects teams, allowing you to focus on delivering great property management.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous property management experience and a good understanding of Scottish letting legislation.
- Is confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Enjoys building relationships and finding solutions.
- Takes pride in being organised, proactive and delivering a high standard of service.
- Is a supportive team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Has a full driving licence.
ARLA Level 6 or an equivalent qualification is desirable, but we'll support and fund the qualification if you haven't already achieved it.
