Are you passionate about building modern digital experiences, scalable cloud services, and enterprise-grade applications that deliver exceptional customer outcomes? We are seeking a Digital Engineer to develop, support, and enhance digital platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions that power customer experiences and business capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work across front-end development, back-end services, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, automation, and digital engineering practices within a collaborative Agile environment.


Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Engineering

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain digital applications, APIs, services, and enterprise integrations.
  • Build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that support customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Develop and maintain back-end services and REST APIs using modern development frameworks and best practices.
  • Contribute to front-end application development and user experience improvements across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Cloud & DevOps Engineering

  • Develop, deploy, and support cloud-hosted applications within Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
  • Implement engineering best practices around automation, infrastructure, application delivery, and operational support.
  • Support cloud-native application architectures focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Contribute to DevOps initiatives that improve development velocity and operational efficiency.

Quality Engineering & Testing

  • Create, maintain, and execute automated testing frameworks and test suites.
  • Develop automated tests using Playwright or related testing tools.
  • Integrate testing, validation, and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure high engineering standards.
  • Promote test automation and shift-left quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Operations & Support

  • Monitor application performance and support live production environments.
  • Investigate incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement sustainable resolutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvements that reduce recurring issues.
  • Support application reliability, availability, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with support and engineering teams to maintain stable and secure digital services.

Engineering Excellence & Collaboration

  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and implementation guides.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical design discussions.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, development frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Architects, UX specialists, and business stakeholders.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies that improve platform capabilities and customer outcomes.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience developing and supporting production-grade digital applications using modern software engineering practices.
  • Experience building REST APIs and back-end services using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-hosted application development.
  • Experience using Git, GitHub, and modern source control practices.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation solutions.
  • Experience creating and managing automated tests using Playwright or similar testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript development.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud and enterprise content management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Vercel deployment platforms and modern web hosting solutions.
  • Experience using Storybook for component library development.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and integration patterns.
  • Experience with code quality and security tools such as CodeQL and SonarQube.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience working within enterprise-scale digital platforms and customer-facing ecosystems.
  • Exposure to cloud security, compliance, and operational governance practices.
