Caledonia Group is expanding its face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns for established UK brands. We’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to develop their commercial skills and progress towards management.

With our business expanding, we’re looking to develop future leaders who can oversee teams and support the growth of our client campaigns. Our structured management training programme combines hands-on sales and marketing experience with dedicated coaching in team development, performance management and business operations. For individuals who demonstrate the right performance and leadership potential, the goal is to progress into a Junior Business Manager position within 6–12 months, supported by training designed to accelerate development.

What You’ll Do

• Develop face-to-face and customer communication skills
