Due to continued growth, Specialized Signs is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Project Manager to join our expanding team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of a project portfolio worth approximately £750,000 per annum, consisting of established key accounts that have been working with Specialized for many years. These clients generate repeat business on an ongoing basis and represent some of our most important accounts and largest brands in Scotland.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and delivering projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of key customer accounts worth approximately £750,000 annually
• Overseeing projects from quotation through to manufacture, installation and completion
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery
• Coordinating with estimating, design, production and installation teams
• Managing project timescales, budgets and client expectations
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and additional works
• Attending client meetings and site visits where required
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards
• Producing regular project updates and reports
• Building long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business

What We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Experience within signage, construction, fit-out, manufacturing or a related industry would be advantageous
