We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise digital platforms. This role combines hands-on software engineering, cloud-native development, architecture leadership, and technical mentorship to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions. You will work across front-end applications, back-end services, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations while helping shape engineering standards and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, APIs, and digital services.
• Build secure, scalable, and resilient solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and technologies.
• Create robust back-end services and APIs to support enterprise applications and integrations.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, accessibility, security, and reliability requirements.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead technical design and architectural decisions across digital platforms and services.
• Establish and promote engineering standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Review solution designs to ensure scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.

Cloud & DevOps Engineering

• Design, build, and support cloud-based applications and services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure solutions.
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and operational support capabilities.
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and scalability.
• Support Infrastructure as Code and automated deployment practices.

Platform Reliability & Operational Excellence

• Investigate and resolve complex production issues.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement preventive solutions.
• Continuously improve platform resilience, security, availability, and performance.
• Monitor application health and optimize systems for scalability and efficiency.
• Support incident response and operational improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Work across multiple teams to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.

Engineering Excellence & Mentorship

• Mentor software engineers and support technical capability development across teams.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Contribute to shared platform services, reusable components, and engineering frameworks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
• Champion software craftsmanship and engineering best practices.
