Credit Controller

• Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Reed Accountancy are currently working with a close client of ours who are seeking a Credit Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative team and responsible for assisting their credit and billing function.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maintaining credit control function
• Collecting customer payments
• Monitoring aged debt
• Maintaining sales ledger
• Raising customer invoices and credit notes
• Reconciling ledger and allocating receipts
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate billing records
• Developing debt and credit control reports
• Assisting across the wider finance tea,
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar credit control or sales ledger position
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Great attention to detail
