Business Analyst - #2166309

Reed Technology is partnering with a prestigious organisation in Edinburgh to recruit a Business Analyst for a 3 month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across the organisation to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and user journeys that support the Dynamics 365 CRM solution.
• Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data-flow diagrams, and gap analyses.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to define as-is and to-be processes.
• Support solution design, configuration, and validation activities.
• Manage and maintain all CRM-related work items within Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and wider digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including requirements management, user story creation, test case documentation, and Agile delivery tracking.
• Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and business readiness activities.
• Ideally, knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ideally, experience working within public sector, membership, or regulatory environments.
