At Caledonia Group, we deliver face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for established UK brands. We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Edinburgh team, gain hands-on industry experience and develop skills across marketing, sales and business development.

With structured training, ongoing coaching and opportunities to take on greater responsibility, this role offers a starting point for individuals who want to build their skills and progress within the company.

You’ll work alongside experienced campaign teams, learning how marketing campaigns are delivered, how customer relationships are built and how client objectives translate into results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
• Representing client brands professionally and engaging directly with customers
• Building communication, relationship-building and sales skills
• Working with campaign teams to deliver client objectives
• Learning how campaign performance is monitored and improved
• Contributing ideas to strengthen customer engagement
• Developing an understanding of campaign coordination and team performance
• Taking on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience grow
