Commercial | Real Estate Lawyer [English Qualified]

2+ years’ PQE | Fully remote | Commercial contracts and commercial leases

The Role:

You'll work primarily on commercial contracts, alongside managing commercial lease matters in England. You'll have direct client contact, autonomy over your caseload and the opportunity to develop your experience in a supportive, growing practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating B2B commercial contracts.
• Advising on contractual risks, liability, termination and negotiation strategy.
• Managing commercial leases, including renewals, assignments, underleases and licences.
• Handling lease negotiations, due diligence and completion.
• Supporting corporate transactions with commercial contract and lease advice.
• Managing deadlines, fees and client relationships.
• Contributing to precedents, service development and business growth.

About You:

We're looking for a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE who has:

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Practical, hands-on experience managing English commercial lease matters.
• Strong commercial judgement and a client-focused approach.
• The ability to manage matters independently and take responsibility through to completion.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• An interest in developing their career within a growing firm.

Experience advising SMEs and growth businesses is beneficial. Familiarity with intellectual property matters is also helpful but not essential.
