Employment Lawyer - #2170426

Meraki Talent are supporting a global financial services firm, who are looking to appoint an Employment Lawyer.

As part of this role, you will be supporting the people team, advising on a range of projects. Those who have gained experience within workforce initiatives and transformation project would be welcome to apply.

Key duties will include;

• Assisting manager with hiring decisions, and advising on engagement models
• Providing advice and guidance on compliance and onboarding
• Reviewing contracts, policies and templates

Applicants should have come from a similar background, and ideally from the Financial Services market, and be commercially minded. It is essential applicants are able to translate legal and regulatory requirements into business solutions. In addition, applicants should be interested in AI, automation and process improvements.

This is a high performing business area, and will require applicants to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, while managing a number of projects.
