Property Sales Negotiator - #2172311

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Sales Negotiator in our fast-growing estate agency team.

The role will involve:

• Ensuring that clients and applicants are treated in a friendly professional manner;
• Qualifying potential buyers and arranging viewings;
• Following up viewings to obtain feedback from buyers and updating selling clients;
• Handling closing dates and negotiating offers;
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new-build developers and corporate clients;
• Promoting Warners’ services to potential clients;
• Generating leads for affiliate services.

The successful applicant will:

• Deliver first-rate customer service;
• Be well-organised and attentive to detail;
• Have a high standard of oral and written communication;
• Be IT literate and familiar with MS Office software;
• Work well in a fast-paced environment;
• Demonstrate an understanding of relevant sections of the Law Society of Scotland.

Previous experience of property sales negotiation is essential, and a background in customer services and sales is beneficial

• Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
