We are looking for several motivated and ambitious acquisition entrepreneurs to take the helm of companies in the broader financial services sector.

We offer co-investment deals or transactions 100% financed by our group. We commit alongside selected entrepreneurs on high-potential opportunities, with a clear goal: to acquire, structure and grow companies that will become long-term members of our network.

Target sectors

• Wealth management: independent financial advisory firms (CGP / CGPI), family offices, wealth management, private banking, financial investment advisory (CIF)
• Insurance: insurance brokerage (P&C, protection, health, life insurance), general agencies, employee benefits consulting firms
• Brokerage and financing: credit intermediaries (IOBSP), mortgage and business loan brokerage, leasing, factoring, corporate finance
• M&A and corporate finance: M&A boutiques, fundraising advisory, business transfer, valuation, financial engineering, restructuring
• Real estate: real estate agencies and networks, commercial real estate, transactions, rental management, property management, condominium management, buy-to-let investment, wealth-oriented real estate advisory
• Accounting and corporate finance services: chartered accounting firms, audit, outsourced CFO services, cash management, tax advisory
• Asset management, private equity, fintech and other growing financial services companies

Responsibilities

• Define and roll out the strategy of the acquired company over the short, medium and long term
• Oversee operational, administrative and financial management
• Lead, retain and unite teams around a shared project
• Grow the business and the client portfolio (individuals, business owners, companies)
• Negotiate with partners, insurers, banks, financial institutions and key stakeholders
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CIF, ORIAS, IOBSP, real estate license, ACPR, AMF, depending on the activity)
• Identify external growth opportunities and help integrate new entities into the group

Your profile

You have solid experience in management and business development, ideally gained in banking, insurance, wealth management, real estate, corporate finance, accounting or financial advisory.

You know how to structure a services business, bring teams together and engage with senior stakeholders (business owners, investors, financial partners).

You are autonomous, rigorous and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in a regulated environment is a significant plus.
