We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline growth, boost conversion and unlock new market opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• Drive demand generation, pipeline growth and revenue performance.
• Scale paid, content, lifecycle and partner marketing channels.
• Lead ABM campaigns and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
• Explore new markets and optimise the full marketing funnel.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Revenue teams to deliver measurable results.

What you’ll bring:

• 8+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand or performance marketing.
• A strong understanding of the hospitality industry and how it operates.
• A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Strategic thinking, hands-on execution and excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience working across international markets.
