Meraki Talent’s investment management client is actively looking for an interim Enterprise Architect to work in partnership with the Head of Enterprise Architecture and the wider Architecture team. The Enterprise Architect (Fund Management) will help establish and mature the function whilst shaping a enterprise-wide target architecture. A hands-on role, combining strategic enterprise architecture with actual delivery.

Responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect (Fund Management):

- Support the Head of in developing and embedding the Architecture function, defining the TOM, governance, standards and strategic roadmap

- Establish architecture principles and standards, ensuring decision-making is aligned with business strategy, tech objectives and delivery

- Assess the existing architecture landscape; capabilities, apps, systems and data flows, looking at options for simplification

- Develop the target architecture across the business, assessing strategic priorities and a roadmap for key implementations

- Collaborate with senior business and tech stakeholders to drive architectural governance, establish data ownership and integration

Background of the Enterprise Architect (Fund Management):

- Extensive experience in delivering enterprise architecture solutions within a global complex organisation, ideally bedding in new ideas and maturing existing propositions

- Experience working within financial services is highly preferable

- Proven experience defining Architecture op models, governance, principles and artefacts

- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware and data

- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable dealing with C-Suite and Exec level stakeholders

- Experience supporting hiring, mentoring and development is helpful
